Shipping & Return

  • If product not in stock, the item price in total order will be refunded. If all product in total order not in stock, all the total amount/price include free shipping will be refunded.
  • Kindly note if the order not been accepted or claimed by the customer or is undeliverable due to error on the part of the customer, we will try contact customers.
  • In the event that the item(s) is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer from Courier and item(s) is returned to Ikim Shop, we will cancel and refund the order exclude shipping fee. Customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. Re-delivery request shall not be entertained.
  • Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Delivery is within 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and weekends which is Saturday and Sunday

  • Telaga Biru Warehouse operating hours: Monday - Friday from 10.00 am - 4.30 pm only.

     

  • Please wait for the email notification before coming to pick up your item

  • Products are usually ready to be picked up within 24 Hours (On working days)

Penghantaran & Pemulangan

  • Jika produk tiada dalam stok, item dalam jumlah pesanan akan dikembalikan. Jika semua produk dalam jumlah pesanan tiada dalam stok, semua jumlah keseluruhan termasuk penghantaran percuma akan dikembalikan.
  • Sila ambil perhatian jika pesanan tidak diterima atau dituntut oleh pelanggan atau tidak dapat dihantar kerana kesilapan di pihak pelanggan, kami akan cuba menghubungi pelanggan.
  • Sekiranya item tidak dihantar dan/atau tidak dituntut oleh pelanggan daripada Kurier dan item dikembalikan kepada Ikim Shop, kami akan membatalkan dan memulangkan pesanan tidak termasuk kos penghantaran. Pelanggan perlu menghantar semula pesanan baharu yang baharu. Permintaan penghantaran semula tidak akan dilayan.
  • Sila ambil perhatian bahawa caj penghantaran dikira berdasarkan berat dan destinasi. Penghantaran adalah dalam masa 3 hingga 5 hari bekerja. Hari perniagaan tidak termasuk cuti umum dan hujung minggu iaitu Sabtu dan Ahad
